Install in your Shopify admin
One-click OAuth install from the Shopify App Store. We request `read_orders` and `write_fulfillments` scopes only - the minimum needed to pull orders + post tracking back.

Click 'Sync orders' in shiponline.app or schedule recurring syncs. Each unfulfilled Shopify order becomes a draft shipment in the review queue with the address + parcel details pre-filled.

Quote each order against all four carriers, pick the cheapest service that meets your delivery deadline, and buy labels individually or as a batch.

Auto-fulfilment writes back to Shopify
As soon as the label prints, we POST the fulfilment back to Shopify with tracking number + carrier. The order marks fulfilled; Shopify's customer email fires with the tracking link.
Should you use this, or Shopify Shipping?
Honest answer: it depends on whether Shopify is your only channel. Shopify Shipping is excellent if all your volume flows through Shopify and you only need USPS. shiponline.app is for shippers whose reality is more complicated.

Is this Shopify integration free?+
Yes - free to install and free to use. You pay only the carrier rate + a flat per-label fee when you actually buy a label.
What Shopify permissions do you request?+
read_orders (to pull unfulfilled orders) and write_fulfillments (to mark orders fulfilled when the label prints). Nothing else.
Can I sync orders on a schedule?+
Yes - either trigger a sync manually from the integrations page or rely on the scheduled sync. Orders we've already imported are deduplicated automatically.
What happens if an order is fulfilled outside shiponline.app?+
The next sync sees it's already fulfilled on the Shopify side and skips it - no duplicate labels.
Can I use this with multiple Shopify stores?+
Yes - connect as many stores as you need from the integrations page. Orders are tagged by source store on the review queue.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?+
Disconnecting revokes the OAuth token and stops syncs. Your historical shipment data stays in shiponline.app for record-keeping; orders we'd already imported stay attached but new orders stop flowing.
